I have a user that can’t print an AR Invoice from Invoice Tracker. I think I am missing access to a process in the menu maintenance. I can’t seem to find it. How can I find what process triggers the printing form AR Invoice Tracker. It works from me a Sys Admin so I know I messed security somewhere. Thanks
Try removing Defaults. A lot of times we’ve all seen a user hit save defaults and it saves the invoice number as a filter.

We are in a different view than you and when you open AR Invoice Tracker it opens the Kinetic List. Would this possibly apply? We can open the invoices we just can’t print. the print slide out doesn’t come up. last time I had this issue it was a process that I removed security on.
