What I need to do is to add a part to the method for cost purposes, but since it is a bin stcok part I don't what to track inventory or have to receive it in on a PO. Â For some reason, using the settings below causes auto job close to kick it out on the exception report.

Subject: [Vantage] Autocomplete and Autoclose on bin stock
Â
We are on Vantage 8.03.408a Progress.
We have bin stock that we do not what to backflush. We make it non-stock, non-Qtybearing and uncheck Backflush, MSP, and PO Suggestions on the part.
If we manually complete and close the job, everything works fine. If we let autocomplete and autoclose complete and close the job, then if falls out on the exception report and we end up having to manually complete and close the job.
Are we doing something wrong or is this a bug in the auto complete and auto close processes?
