We have had an issue for quite a while now where Quickship is printing the Hazmat red stripe page three times every time.
I go into the job directory and look at the generated PDF and it has three pages of the same information.
I opened a ticket with support and they claim that the Hazmat red stripe PDF is created by UPS themselves.
I feel like it is created by Quickship but have no proof.
Can someone answer who creates the PDF that gets printed and how to fix the redundant pages if possible?
If it is created by UPS through Quickship, shouldn’t they contact UPS to find out why and correct? I wouldn’t know where to start with UPS to get this corrrected.
I am at my wits end on this and tired of getting the run around.
Any help at all is greatly appreciated!
