Cannot Close Job - Serialized Part

Trying to close a job but getting an error saying “0 serial numbers are required, but 19 are assigned”

This part is serialized, serial numbers were assigned to job and received to stock correctly. Not sure why epicor thinks serial numbers are not required… Just wondering if anyone has had this issue before i put in a ticket…

Check the Qty completed on the last operation of the job. If that qty does not match the number of serial numbers assigned, it could throw an error.
