Cannot open Epicor Kinetic 2021.1.7 since installing the latest Microsoft Update KB5004237 which removes the embedded Flash Player

We are trying to figure out where Epicor data is kept for windows user profiles - al of the data is in C:\Users[username]\AppData but we do not see an Epicor folder anywhere in here.

What about deleting the Strong Name and 808 folders?

Epicor Application has stopped working (10.2.400.13)

Delete the folders at these two paths. Sometimes these files get hosed up and cause issues C:\Users{insertYourUsersUsernameHere}\AppData\Local\Epicor\Epicor.exe_StrongName_blahblahblah Delete the StrongName Folder C:\ProgramData\Epicor\epicorap-808 Delete the folder relevant to the environment they are having issues with
