We have a new controller and he mentioned that in previous companies, they had special printers that they would insert a FOB in the printer and it would sign the checks that came out.  Does anyone do something like this with EPICOR or a previous company?

You can buy secure printers they are expsive and pointless IMO ... but they exist.. Nothing special needed for it to work with Epicor
