Dick, I control the printing of "TERMS" with a VBFORM field that is a
logical "TRUE/FALSE". Then I used the "SUPPRESS (NO-Drill-Down)" section of
the Crystal form added the formula "{quotehed.QHNOTERMS} = true". In other
words when the VBFORM field is TRUE then Suppress printing. This way the
user has control of Terms each time they print.

Subject: [Vantage] Conditional Print Sales Order Terms and Conditions
Fellow Vantagians,
Our corporate lawyer insists upon attaching terms and conditions to
Sales Order Acknowledgements, Quotes, and Purchase Orders documents in
Vantage. I've linked an activex rider to these documents using crystal
reports. The problem (if you haven't guessed) is that they ALWAYS print. If
anyone prints hardcopy of a sales orders, they get the terms and conditions
rider. My question is does anyone know of a way to conditionally suppress
the printing of the terms and conditions page? I created a run-time
parameter to prompt for Terms and conditions Yes/No, but I haven't been able
to use it to suppress the printing of the activex document.
Any help is very much appreciated.
