If you added your table to the Report Data Definitions in the Company
Maintenance Menu and established your Table Relationship there, then
you do not need to use ODBC or modify your registry.
The instructions are on the Epicor website. Search for AnswerBook #
4778MPS, titled "CR Modifying a Crystal Report form in V8.xx".
The only problem with the instructions in this Answerbook is that in
Section A they neglect to tell you to create the table relationships
for any new tables you add. For any table you add to the Data
Definition, you need to click on the Relationship tab and then click
on the icon for "Add New Relationship" in order to relate the table
you added to the rest of the tables that Epior supplied.
If you follow this Answerbook, you do not need to use ODBC at all.
Therefore, you won't need to install the ODBC drivers and make
registry changes on your users' pcs.
