CRM and Information Worker

Hi Mark,

I was reading through some older posts to find out information the
CRM module. We were able to test this module with a temporary
license. We are looking at it for more of the Helpdesk portion of
it. However, we wanted to make use of the Salesperson Workbench, but
found in too slow to use to make it useful. How do you find the
speed on your salesperson workbench loading? We are on 8.03.404B.

I'd love to hear this too as we were going test these products out but
could not get portal installed on our test server.

My VAR had a hard time getting it installed at his site too. He found
out that you need to get a specific version of IW for the installation
to work and Epicor by default sends the wrong one. You will have to call
them to get the correct version. If I find out what the version number
is I will post it here

Our VAR came in the other day and gave a demo on the package. It looks
pretty handy. IW allows for all transactions to be done through Outlook
and allows for offline access to everything. It then syncs up when the
user is back on line. I was just wondering if anyone had experience with
everyday usage as compared to a 2 hour demo
