Crysal Issue - shrinking data on labels

I second Crystal Reports 2008 SP4 runtimes. I didn't end up going the Seagull driver route to my Zebra printers and it resolved the issue.

We have an issue where the data on labels is shrinking when printed. They preview fine, but when they print the data shrinks to very small text in a small area on the label. This is a new 9.05 upgrade using Crystal 2008. Any ideas?
The only way I got around this was to go to Crystal Viewer 2008 SP4. Epicor only officially supports SP3. We also opted to use the Seagull drivers (we are printing to Zebra printers).

We have been getting some JIT errors with our viewer, users click continue and can still view the report - it's a sporadic error.
