While I know it is not technically supported, or at least won’t be long term; Are there any instructions anywhere on EpicWeb or that anyone has on how to use crystal reports in Epicor 10? Where they need to go? Which runtime works?
I know they are all going away, but in the short term, I need to do some testing on the upgrade and would like to get existing custom reports updated for the testing process while learning SSRS to eventually convert them all down the line.
If you can, call tech support. They actually do have something you may be able to use, although I am not sure if it will answer ALL of your questions.

Technically it is supported in E10. I have been on E10 for 13 months. We rely heavily on crystal…We pay maintenance on crystal so they will support it…

Do you happen to know where the zip is located? I am not seeing it in the download section anywhere.
Also, in one of the tips, it mentions
“(attached)
CrystalReportStyles.zip
a SQL script to populate the Report Styles table with the Crystal report records. The Report Style records will be removed on every upgrade to a newer version so keep the script handy until all reports have been migrated or create a custom Report Style for the Crystal reports you wish to use for an extended period - custom Report Styles will not be removed during an upgrade.â€
But I don’t see anywhere to get that .zip file or do I need to call support to try to get it?

I was able to pull the information off of EpicWeb, looks pretty thorough. I'm not going to be doing the development so I don't know how far our developer got with them. Just do a search in Tips for "crystal reports". There is also a zip file you can download with crystal reports versions of the reports for E10.
The reports are on the Downloads page, last file under 10.0 (for version 702a, which is what I'm converting from). This zip is just the report though.
I don't have the script to auto-populate the styles. We thought we'd have to pull in the report data definition and setup a new report style (package it all as a solution for future reference). I'll have to check into that script you mentioned.
