We have a customized Fulfillment Workbench. I don’t remember who set it up. The problem comes on the ‘Order Fulfillment’ tab.
It’s been working flawlessly … until recently. The problem only pertains to parts order where Product Group = ‘Warranty’. When we click the ‘Search’ button and populate the search screen (which appears to be where the customization resides), parts orders where Product Group = ‘Warranty’ doesn’t appear to be retrieving all such orders.
A little clarification: our warranty person works in our ‘North’ site, but normally she’s able to release the order for shipment at another site (‘South’). Just recently (within past few days) such orders are not being retrieved.
I’m not sure if the issue is related to how the Fulfillment Workbench executes its search, or if perhaps something wasn’t selected correctly for release at the other site.
