Customer/Contact Import

It is still there in 803.4.

Try a couple of browser refreshes & eventually it loads. (Behaves suspiciously like a sloppy, bloated Flash applet that times out before it fully loads & displays.)

I'm not in the office today, but we did an export and just made sure that any
fields exported were there at import. I recall that the Country was mandatory
and any fields used in your territory setup. It's unfortunate that Vantage
does not give any error messages during the process.

Of course, it's probably only a matter of time before someone sends you to
ServiceConnect for this kind of operation...

It is still there in 8.03.305K. I do not now about 4XX.



The other important fields are the logical fields. They must be a 0 or
a 1.

If they are not, the program will error without telling you which record
or field is the problem.
