V8: Error Searching Customer List

Oh well we are still on 6.1 - I guess I didn't notice that you were brave and on 8.

Don't know if its version specific, but we are on 806a. Epicor support said
they have heard of it happening on 806c as well. Can't say for sure if it
works when you use territories because we don't.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up. We had a problem with this other
day. Apparently Epicor just found out about it, so no word on a fix as of
yet. When I chose to search the customer list from the customer maintenance
screen, I got an error message. Turns out the solution is to change the
default territory field from [all] to blank.

We don't use territories, so I guess that was part of the problem.

We had the problem on 806A, was corrected with 806B. We didn't apply C
because it only had two changes that were not critical to us.
