Customizations not showing sometimes

I have an issue in MES where I have some customizations on certain screens but they do not always show.

Pretty consistently if a user logs out of MES (not Epicor), and a new user logs in, the proper customization is not showing when they open up the aforementioned screens.

The solution is to completely close MES - log back into Epicor, then log the user into MES (which is tedious)

Any thoughts?

Have you tried deleting your cache? That sounds like a bad cache issue

Clear:
C:\ProgramData\Epicor
C:\Users<user>\AppData\Local\Epicor
C:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\epicor

I will give it a go and report back but why does it pull up the proper customization every time on the first go?
