Data Directive Condition - Field Must Equal

How would I set a condition, inside the BPM Workflow Designer, that states field must equal?

I want to set a condition that says the AgentSchedNum, in the SysAgentSched table, field must equal 34652.

I would like to add another line to the second picture telling it only fire when then “NextRunOn” changes on the schedule in the first picture.
