Downloadable Rpts from the main board

I changed the the database and the reports open fine. However no records
show up. Do I need to change all of the filers or just the dates? I am new
to report builder so I am not sure on how to do it.
Thanks for your support,

Anything for report builder should be in a .PRL file (Progress Report
Library). You then open the library file and see what report(s) inside.

Very likely the database connection will have to be changed to match your
site.

Equally likely filter on company (every RB report should have one) will
have to be changed for your company.

If still not working send specifics of problem.

This might be sort of off-topic but it is affecting Vantage use and seems to occur more often when using Vantage. Probably not related but never occured before we went to 5.20 / . I have had one user and now a second who occasionally has all the text on their screen fragment into little bits. Sort of a ghosty semi-image of the characters. Not quite gray, just sort of crumbled into dusty bits. Very odd. I was about to replace video card for the 1st one but now with another I am not so sure (although they both have same brand/model video card). The only thing that restores text is a reboot. All other graphics on screen are normal.

With two occuring my leading suspicion is now a virus (despite NAV-Corp), but I'm also thinking maybe a driver issue conflicting with something else. Anyone else ever see this and have some idea for the cause of crumbling fonts?

Thanks,

Hi Todd,

We had a pc doe this on Sunday.
A reboot cleared it up.
It has not happened since.
I am concerned about it being a virus.
We use Norton AV too.
Please say in touch.

Thanks

Todd,

I've had some funny graphical problems with PC's that had Vantage 5.1
installed, nothing as strange as what you're getting though. It's
always been down to the graphics adapter's driver. As soon as I
reinstalled the driver it resolved the problems. This only ever happens
to PC's that have vantage on them.

Hope this helps.

Todd,

I had display problems a couple of years ago on a few ws's (ver 4.0) - tech
support said they don't support anything but screen resolution of 800x600.
I don't know if this changed since then.
