E9: Material Queue

They are just build ups, but I don’t understand why they are building up.  There is a lot of PLT-STK and PUR-STK transactions in the queue.  In Receipt Entry and Receive Transfer Order, there is no MOVE REQUEST checkbox.

Good to hear. Are these just a buildup of move requests? I made a bpm to set move request to false on any transactions we did not want in the queue. Never lets them happen, so there is not a buildup.

Wow. When I originally went to Material Queue Manager, several years ago, and didn’t see a delete button or menu option, I assumed you had to delete them one at a time in Material Request Queue. I had created a customization for Material Request Queue that would loop through all the queue records and delete them.

Wish I had known you could do this in Material Queue Manager. :D

I think that just does one at a time….unless I am doing something wrong.

I want to delete all 10000 + entries.

Go into Material Queue Managment and select the queue entries and press delete…

Is there a way to delete all the material queues in AMM?

I believe you can use material queue manager, select top row scroll down hit shift select bottom row and then click your keyboard delete button.  It doesn't show red x delete, but you can delete them en mass with your delete key.
Also, they are plant specific, so if multiplant, need to open material queue manager in each plant and perform steps above.

One other thing, in employee maintenance you need to be setup as Material Handler to do it.

Gotcha….that works too, using the KEYBOARD DELETE.
