Email BAQ results on a schedule

Do you mean schedule the Report Data Definition or Report Style? I have a query in here, this data definition linked back to my report style. How/where do I schedule this?

I’m not all that up to speed on reports, but I believe that you have to put the report on a menu, then you can open that menu and schedule the report.

Have a look at BAQ Report Designer - if you generate a basic SSRS for the BAQ, and schedule the BAQ Report to send an email on a frequency you choose, that could do the trick.

Are you looking to receive the results as CSV attachments or directly in the email body?

• If you prefer email attachments, Routing is the best option.
• If you need the results in the email body, consider using Scheduled Functions instead.
