Are you creating jobs from quotes or using the part file? We use the part
file, revision level and change log for basic changes. We supplement with a
form to aid in noting a running change because we can have several jobs open
for the same part.

My company is a job shop with several engineering changes on each
job. Has anyone had success in capturing these changes in
eManufacturing? "Success" here means everything from quoting, sales
orders (different or same PO from customer), jobs (either add hours
to existing job or create new job?), etc. Another success is the
ability to look at Project Tracker and be able to separate out
the "original" job from the engineering changes. We are trying to
implement eManufacturing 5.0 and this roadblock keeps coming up.
