Epicor Premium Support Plan vs. Standard Support Plan

For us it works a bit differently,

We get the bill, we call and complain
We get a new quote , we call and complain
They said there is nothing they can do
we threaten to cancel maintenance
they give us a new quote
we call and complain
they tell us there is nothing they can do
we "give back" modules we don't use
they say no, here is a new quote
we complain
they say no
we complain
they cancel our maintenance
we call back and get a new quote
we pay for the quote

The whole thing take about 2 months LoL
