Excel BAQ 404 Error

Hi

As sysadmin I can use

https://server/instance/api/v1/BaqSvc/zz-SalesReport-SB?pFiscalPeriod=1&pFiscalYear=2022

this succesfully in Powery Query in Excel.

Another user is getting a 404 error

Ideas?

Does the user have permissions to use BAQs ?
