Export to Excel doesn't export all records in grid

Hello!

I created a Kinetic Dashboard with a grid built from a BAQ. It returns around 2000 records, but when users choose “Export to Excel” or “Copy All with Labels” from the overflow menu, they’re only getting around 300 records.

Is there a setting or something I can set in Application studio (or in the dashboard itself)? I didn’t see anything.

FYI for anyone with same issue:

Copy all with label seems to be limited in Kinetic.
Export to Excel does export all - not sure why we temporarily saw other behaviour
To display all records for scrolling, needed to adjust several of the grid properties
