I have customized the Scan serial numbers screen using the main Epicor path through data collection. I set up a process menu and set the correct process calling setup. The screen is called correctly when running PO Receipt from the main Epicor screen, but when launching from the handheld, the customization is not called. What do I need to do to get the handheld to call the customized form?
does you have 2 process calling records - one for each CALLER?
I am not sure what you mean. When in customization mode I only get the process calling screen once.
