How to change names of labels in add new dropdown in the toolbar

Dears,

I want to change the labels in the AddNew dropdown list of a UD Screen (UD101).

Could anyone tell me how to do it? I don’t know where to begin.

I’m not sure it would be possible to change the display text for those existing menu items. If you search this site, there are several topics that discuss customizing form menus. However, I am pretty sure they are only concerned with hiding and/or adding items.
