Hello can someone help me with changing the system manager to another user? I know the system manager is associated to the epicurean console but there must be a way to add another system manager or pass the authority. L

There is a “Security Manager” checkbox on the options tab of user account maintenance. Multiple users can be security managers. That’s probably the only real distinction of the the System Manager account (it’s just the initial security manager)
Best practice is to have at least one other user assigned as a security manage and leave the System Manager alone. It’s typically attached the admin console and used for some high level / back end defaults.
*Pretty sure you need to be signed on as a security manager to mark another user as a security manager
Yeah that’s the issue, I want to be the global security manager which can be done via EAC/ users. But we are on the cloud version so Epicor has advised only the cloud operations team can make that change.
