How to deactivate Progress Index when running conversion

managed to sort the issue using the Data Dictionary.Â

though i kept getting "the db is in use wait XX minutes else cancel'

Hi Guys,

Anyone cone across the below error am upgrading to EpicorProgress701 from 700C
when i restore the db then run the conversion i get the error

unable to delete old values for the index of a word-indexed field (index OrgWordIdx of table Lang ORg).The index may be damaged. (12112)

I have even tried to idxbuild the whole db again. Still get the same error.Â

I have also tried to idxbuild the table and specific index to no avail.Â

Progress Knowledgebase say its a bug and need to de-activate. The Bug # OE00199130 allows to load multiple word indexes for the same field.It is not supported to have two word indexes for the same field.Â

How then do i de-activate this index.
