How to set an operation as INACTIVE (Vantage 8.03)

No, unless you set up a whole lot of BPMs and a custom flag on the op.

What I have always done was to change the op to Z-Inactive (Or just add the Z) so it drops to the bottom of the list. Clear the default comments out as well.

I’m just throwing it out based on how those lists are generally populated, so don’t take it as gospel, but you should be able to in the pre-process of get rows for whatever method fires there add to the whereclause parameter “InActive = 0” just concat it on and walk away. When I usually take that approach I use a UD field instead that’s almost like a “Remove From System” checkbox. It will still be there, but won’t show up in searches or populated lists.
