We are having a number of order lines show up in strange states.
We had some that Fulfillment Workbench showed as �In Picking�, yet there
was no material queue.
Others show up as �In Picking� and have a material queue, but never printed.
Neither of these scenarios allow the user to reprint the material queue,
the option remains greyed out.
When we attempt to unallocated and unreserve, it does not change the status
from �In Picking�
In one of these cases, we know that the person printing the material queue
got a SystemOutOfMemoryException error. It is possible this has happened
in each case, which of course could interrupt the process at a bad point in
time.
Has anyone else run into this situation? If so, how did you resolve it?
All we can do right now is to copy the order and close the original order.
