Is there ever a reason to have Job Prod = 0?

Probably a dumb question. But I’ve found we’ve got a couple hundred jobs in our system with Job Prod = 0 (no demand from anywhere). No one can explain why, or how anything got done on these jobs.
I’m about to make a BPM to prevent this.

Unless there is some reason why you’d want/need to do this?
Thank you

We run the “production yield recalculation process” regularly and I’m pretty sure that can auto-update a prod qty to 0. Not sure WHY it would be wanted/needed though.

Alright thanks good thought. Though I think my guys were just making jobs with no demand. I added the BPM stop on the Engineered checkbox. Will see if it helps…
