Kinetic desktop app error

Hi! When trying to log into the Kinetic desktop app I get error “access is denied; you do not have access to this resource”. I am able to log in using the web link, but not the desktop app.

I was able to use another users log in information and log into the app. I have reviewed user security set up, and I’m not seeing any differences.

Any ideas on how to resolve?

What version?

What login method - Basic, Windows, or Azure?

And this is a normal computer or on the server?

System version 11.2.400.11

Ha, well, there goes my ideas!

I’ve had issues with logging in on the server (no big deal; I use my laptop), and with setting up Azure (a permissions thing).

So I’m not much help then.
