Kinetic - print preview before printing

Do you know if there is a setting that makes the employees to have to print preview before they are able to print anything in kinetic?

I don’t think so, you might have to build it.

is new question, a client has this problem, for some reason all their employees have to print preview before the print button becomes enable. there are no custom stuff that may be causing this, I can’t find a way to fix, thanks

That’s because they don’t have the edge client installed
