Labor Exception Report

I do believe you can have the shop warning report in labor entry. I assume that is where you enter your qty completed. Just check off report in Labor entry.

That does sound like a great tool. Unfortunately, we are not using
the data collection module. Does anyone know of another convenient

I need a report that alerts me when our completed quantity exceeds the job
quantity (and by how many pieces). We routinely overrun a job by a few
pieces, but I need to raise a flag when the overrun quantity is greater than
a certain %. There are times when an operator runs the same part back to
back and does not punch between jobs - this is what I need to capture....

Any suggestions or does anyone have a report that I can modify to achieve
this?

Job operation record has the RunQty, QtyComplete and LastLaborDate. You may
want to start there.

it will send an alert to whoever you set up to get that alert. Like I
