Labor Not Calculated for Employee using MES

Hi,

this is driving me crazy. I create 2 identical jobs (same part/revision/date/resource, etc…)
I then use MES to start production, report the quantity using 2 different employees.

The issue is that for 1 employee I get the GL entries for the labor but not for the other. I compared the employees in Epicor but cannot see the difference/missing setting. Please advise.

Mr. Daniel:I have heard of something similar to this.

If you are using field security to “hide” the labor rate for some uses - then those users labor transactions show zero for the total.
