Laser Printer Advise

For those that have copier leases to renew (or current ones that can be
upgraded) Canon makes a copier that you can send to a Password and select
which drawer to print to from your computer. (Canon Imagerunner 550,
although I'm sure the industry does others) You then go to the copier to
enter password...then put your checks in the drawer you sent your print job
to. Works for us.

Does your printer have a manual feed tray? If you put the checks in
the manual feed tray and designate the printer to take the paper
from
there you may eliminate problems with people printing on your
checks.
That's what we do and I have nver had any problems.
