We are now three weeks post go-live and are running into quite a bit of
trouble with performance during the day. My suspicion is that some
processes in Epicor can only be run by one session at a time. Is there a
way to confirm this?
The biggest issue for us is that we have our sales force using the Allocate
function on the sales order. Which means that between them and the
Shipping folks, we can have 15-20 people running Fulfillment Workbench at
once. Once multiple people are actively using this program, it amplifies
the amount of time it takes to complete a transaction.
It appears that the same might be true for Invoice Post processes.
Any insight would be much appreciated!
