Lock-ups Blank Title 110708

I thought all the personalizations were deleted. The user account was deleted and recreated, which also removed all their settings.

One user is unable to occasional "restore" or "maximize" her Vantage. It just stays locked on the task bar, she can click on it, but it will not "restore" or maximize." Other Windows on the task bar restore properly.

Ended up replacing the entire computer, clean install that is consistent with the other 50 computers, and removed all external peripherals, but she is still using the came keyboard and mouse.

What version of Vantage?
Does the user have anything in the Favorites set to AutoLoad?
I remember this used to do some strange things in V8.
