Manifest Freighting Error

Hello. We’re receiving the following error message when trying to Freight a pack. We use Manifest. We’re on 10.2.300.40.

Hard121210The selected service is not available from the origin to the destination.

Any ideas? UPS GROUND COLLECT is the Ship Via. What can I check?

Changed to UPS Standard Collect and it worked.
