Cindy,
You should not have to close the session every time an MES user logs in. We
only have a few users, but here is what we have:
shop shop is the login upon starting MES
Shop employee clicks login, start production, then log out. Then the next
guy does the same and they never Close MES. They do the same for breaks and
lunch. It only takes a few seconds and should not cause trouble with
sessions.
Are you showing hung sessions in admin console?
