MRP Planning Workbench Date Suggestion

Anyone have any suggestions or similar issues? Perhaps you could
just provide some input on how you handle Jobs with one Subcontract
Operation.

We are trying to figure out an issue we have with MRP. Let assume we
have a sales order for 1000 of a part with a lead time of 30 days.
The 30 day lead time was set by using a part class with the Receive
Field on the class set to 30. It is setup as Make to Stock with a Min
Lot size of 1000. In addition the Method has the Days Out set to 20
days.

We create a job to support this order with the following dates
Req By: 05/28/2008
Start: 03/19/2008
Due: 04/16/2008

The problem is that the suggestion gets created correctly the first
time we run MRP. The next time we run MRP w/Regenerative option
selected it will create a suggestion to change the Due Date to
5/28/2008.
