I am getting below error while trying to run it but cannot find where to fix that.
And seems by BPM is okay.

@Vishal.Sharma185 Assuming SO Acknowledgement is a document type that was working you will need to fix its ERM Configuration. Under document types open then under the ERM Configuration Tab you will see a configure button. Click that and in the new dialog there will be another Configure button in the Identify Document section. That will launch Identify Documents by Contents. Pick the data you want to check and click edit then in that dialog click select. Open the failed document from probably the ERMPrint Archive directory and check the field mapping and adjust if needed. Do the same for all fields. Save and close click ok a bunch.
After editing you can reprocess the document in the ERM monitor.
As an aside, If you are emailing in the BPM what is APM doing with the document?

Thanks for the response. I just fixed it and problem was with printer configuration.
