Has anyone experienced this issue with the cost capture function?
We ran cost capture for 12/01/10 - 12/31/10 on 01/03/11. Upon clicking submit, the cost capture entry screen changed the end date to 01/03/11. Sure enough, running a WIP reconciliation proved that it posted everything through 01/03/11. We were able to replicate this today in our test environment by posting 01/01/11 - 01/13/11. As predicted, hitting the submit button changed the end date from 01/13/11 to todays date of 01/14/11. Recon reports show postings for 1/14/10.
We never had this issue with previous periods. I verified by going into a backup from last month. Last run was 12/01/10 for period of 11/01/10 - 11/30/10.
We are also showing a large balance in our AR clearing account invoices that were done on 12/27/10 yet the periodic postings say 01/01/10.
We are working with Epicor on this, but I am hoping to find others that are completing their y/e process that are having similar issues. I have scoured the system and have yet to find anything out of the ordinary (if there is such a thing).
