Open a field for editing in Job Tacker

Is there a way to open a field that allows editing in Job Tracker (see pic).

I don’t want to give Job Entry to just anyone but I would like shop personnel to be able to make comments on a job so that others can see them.

Is there a way to do this?

Then they can add whatever:
