OT Clients hang up when opening Mail(5.5 Exchange a nd Outlook)

Are you running McAfee VirusScan?
How about GroupShield Exchange?

On two, and only two workstations, (mine and the company president) Outlook
hangs when first started. This is during the time it is retrieving mail
from Exchange. I can disable e-mail scan or close VirusScan and Outlook
never hangs. I haven't been able to resolve this issue, but I haven't tried
lately.

Something to look at. If this is the case, tech support at McAfee has some
things to try.

This could be many different problems. Are you out of resources on your
Exchange server? Are they authenticating properly to the domain? Is your
secure channel ok? What does your event log indicate?

Has anyone had a problem with hang ups with Exchange? It seems to
happen in a hit and miss fashion. There are several people locked out
because their Inbox won't open. Does anyone have any ideas? HELP!!!
