James,
I don't know if you got an answer for this yet or not. My first reaction
for the simplest way of doing this is save the emails he wants to share as a
document.
If you click on a message and go to File > Save As > you can save a message
as a document to the network for access by others. Attachments, I think,
need to be saved separately.
Hope this helps.
Nancy

Subject: [Vantage] OT: Saving Emails
Kind of off topic here but you guys give such great advise
I have a salesman that wants to save his e-mail's he gets into a folder
so that others can retrieve them on the network somewhere
First off
Windows 2000 Professions
Office/Outlook 2000
I DO NOT Have exchange
Can I create a separate PST file for these folders/emails and point it
to a physical location on the network?
Or would it be better for him just to save them to a mapped drive?
It would be easier if everyone had them in Outlook
Appreciate any ideas someone might have
Thanks
