I have this problem on a couple machines. I have not pinpointed the exact
reason but it has something to do with security and Crystal. If I make the
user a local administrator to the PC they are on it works fine, if they are
not same problem where it drops them completely out of Vantage. The person
can log into a different PC as them self and run the reports with no issue
so it is definitely local to the PC. I have not had time to dig too far
into this but I am moving all users to Windows 7 and I am hoping this issue
go away.

We are on 8.03.408 and are experiencing printing problems which we also
experienced on 6.1. When printing forms (packing slips, PO's and job
travelers) the software will exit without warning. When the software is
re-launched sometimes the forms will print fine, sometimes it continues
to exit the software. If the software continues to shut down when
attempting to print, the solution is to restart and then the printing
works fine. This issue is not limited to 1 or 2 users, everyone has
experienced it at some point, and it is not limited only to the forms I
listed above.
Anyone else experience this?
