Problems configuring crm module in vantage 5.2

There is a conversion program which you may need to run to assign all
existing quotes/opps to sales territories. We had Jeff Pagano from Epicor
help us out with a CRM trial and we needed to run it.

We are having trouble setting up the CRM module in Vantage 5.2. We believe
we have followed all the correct setup procedures, but we are having trouble
accessing our existing data in some areas within CRM. While our database is
accessable from all other modules, we can't access some data through the
Salesperson Workbench. We can access "Customers", but not "Opportunities"
(Quotes) or "Orders", and when we try to do something in "Pipeline" the
session locks up. We are currently at the 211 Patch level. If anyone has any
advice it would be greatly appreciated.
