It has happened to me on occation.
I have done as you have, but I will also clear the mfgwrk61 directory as
well. Sometimes I have had to repeat 3 - 4 times.

Subject: [Vantage] Problems Posting AP Checks and printing Job Traveler
We are on 6.1 and recently installed Patch 536. We ran the first AP
checks since installing the patch and ran into big problems. After
telling Vantage to print the checks, it starts processing, then freezes
and boots us out of Vantage. The checks were all printed, but in
Vantage, the batch shows that printing is pending and we can't get the
check numbers assigned and posted. We have tried numerous times to print
the batch to plain paper just to assign check numbers and post. We have
tried from three different computers and printers and the same thing
happens. We have also rebooted computers and printers but this does not
solve the problem. This also happens when printing the job traveler, but
not to this extent.
Support tells us it is a printer and/or server problem. Our IT person
has checked all she can and can't find anything wrong. It seems odd that
we did not have the problem until installing Patch 536. Has anyone else
had this problem? Thanks in advance for any feedback.
