ProMon not showing user ID's

If you have used the ODBC fix or user program it makes that change. Support
told me there is no fix for that so long as you use ODBC. If I am wrong,
someone please correct me.

If I go into ProMon for 5.1 to check user status, when I display
current users I get entries for all active users but all of their
ID's are blank. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this one?
