Restored db to test and now cannot find reports

Yep it says SSRS only….

Work Station Method is blank and the Epicor SSRS Portal field is blank as well.

The SSRS Printer Option is set to Client and Server Printing.

On the Email and Reporting Sheet, make sure the “Allowed Report Style” is correct for your environment.  Not sure why a restore would change this but one more thing to check.

Is the Report Style pointing at the correct location of the report?  The first chunk of the path is the DB name which (usually) gets followed by the last part (either SSRS or Crystal I think).  I do all my report development in Test and when ready copy it to the corresponding folder in Pilot (later to be Live).  But when the DB gets restored if the reports are not in the new DB specific location there might be an issue.  That is the report style that got restored might no longer be valid for that DB.  Just a first thought.

I have no issues restoring my backup to my test environment, but for some reason when I try to print any of the forms it cannot find the report.  But if I try to run an actual report there is no problem.

What could I be missing?  The system agent path is fine.  Now I have no idea what I did before to get this to work.

Any ideas are appreciated!

Assuming you are talking about E9, I think you need to update the system
agent to the new db slot.
